Option 1 — Delete directly from the app Fastest
You can delete your account and request data erasure directly from within the Dr. Dia Home app in under a minute:

Open the app and go to your Profile
Tap the
Profiletab at the bottom of the screen. -

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account"
This option is at the bottom of your profile settings page.

Confirm the deletion
Read the confirmation prompt and tap
Delete. Your account enters a 30-day grace period — you can log back in during this time to cancel. After 30 days, your data is permanently erased.
Option 2 — Submit a request by email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit in writing, email our Data team:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request — [your phone number]
Include in your message:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name (as registered in the app)
- Whether you want full account deletion or partial deletion of specific data
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

When a full account deletion is processed, here is what happens to each category of your data:

| Consent and legal acceptance records | Retained 3 years | Required to demonstrate lawful processing under DPDP Act 2023 |
Requesting partial data deletion
If you want to delete specific data without closing your account — for example, removing a family member's profile, deleting a specific lab report, or clearing your message history — email us at drdiahome@gmail.com with:
- Your registered phone number
- A description of exactly what you'd like deleted
We'll confirm what can be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements) and process it within 30 days.
